Hosting

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on servers located in Germany. A data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).

Server log files

On each request, IP address, time, requested URL, referrer and browser identifier are stored in log files. The purpose is operational security and attack detection. Logs are deleted after 7 days. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) f GDPR.

Contact form and email

If you write to us via the form or by email, we process name, email address, optionally company and your message to answer the request. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (1) f. The data is not stored on the web server but transmitted to us by email. We delete it at the latest 6 months after the request is closed unless an engagement follows.

To prevent spam we check, without third parties, a hidden form field, the time taken to fill the form, and limit the number of requests per IP address for one hour in server memory.

Applications

Applications reach us by email. We process them to run the application procedure (§ 26 BDSG) and delete them six months after completion unless you consent to longer storage.

Local storage

Your choice of color scheme (light/dark) is stored in your browser's localStorage. This is not a cookie, nothing is transmitted to us, and it only serves display purposes (§ 25 (2) TDDDG).

No cookies, no tracking, no third parties

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics services and embeds no third-party content. Fonts, images and scripts are served exclusively from our own server.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the competent one is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Brandenburg.
