## What you do

- Features from design to deploy, not just tickets.
- Give and receive code reviews, every day.
- Talk to clients directly when it's about tech.
- Solid in at least two languages from our stack, curious about a third.

## What you get

- Remote within Germany.
- Hours you schedule yourself, core time 9 am to 3 pm.
- Equipment of your choice, budget for training and conferences.
- Salary depends on experience. We name numbers in the first conversation, not the third.
- Four-eyes principle on everything that goes to production. Nobody deploys alone.
